  • Who exactly is this session for?
    This guided tapping session is designed for women who feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed and are curious about how tapping can support them.

    It’s especially helpful if you’re new to tapping and want a proper introduction, if you’ve tried tapping before without real results, or if you already have one of my custom scripts/kits and want my guidance to make it even more beneficial.
  • Exactly what will I walk away with?
    In this 40-minute session, you’ll learn how to tap confidently. I will guide you step by step, reveal all my little tips and tricks, and you will leave more confident and ready to take on tapping on your own, increasing your chances of making tapping a supportive lifelong habit.
  • How long will this take me in total (for optimal outcome)?
    The live session itself is 40 minutes. To make the most of it, do these two things:

    1. Read the Tapping guide beforehand (especially if you're new to tapping, this will allow you to contemplate any questions you might have for me beforehand.)

    2. Plan for an extra 10-15 minutes to reflect after our session together.

    After our session, it is up to you how you will incorporate tapping into your life.
  • What results can I expect?
    Most people notice an immediate shift during the session; this might be a release of stress, a sense of calm, or surprising clarity. Tapping is also proven to reduce cortisol (stress hormone), improve sleep, and support nervous system balance.

    While results vary, you can expect to walk away with both a felt experience of calm and/or relief and new skills and knowledge you can use to create a solid foundation and momentum for your tapping.
  • What kind of support do I get?
    You’ll receive the one-to-one guidance and support in the private Zoom session, plus the Tapping Guide download so you can continue practicing afterward.

    If you feel like ongoing support would be of great benefit, you’ll also have the option to purchase exclusive client packages of 3-6 sessions at a discounted "clients only" price.
  • Is tapping safe for everyone?
    Tapping is considered a gentle and non-invasive practice, and most people can use it safely. However, because it can sometimes bring up strong emotions or physical sensations, it may not be suitable for everyone in every situation. That’s why I always encourage you to listen to your body and go at your own pace. For important safety details, please see the full disclaimer at the bottom of this page.
  • How does a tapping session work?
    Our session will take place on Zoom, and we'll start with a short introduction before we start to tap.

    After our tapping together, we'll reflect on what just happened. Based on this I'll offer guidance on how to get the most out of your tapping practice going forward.
  • Do I need any equipment or preparation before the session?
    No special equipment is needed, just a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and a device with Zoom.

    It can also help to have a pen and paper to take notes, some water nearby, and a comfortable chair to sit in.

    You don’t need to prepare in advance; simply show up as you are, and I’ll guide you step by step through the process.
  • What are the benefits of starting with a guided session compared to just starting to tap yourself?
    If you're new to tapping, a guided in-person session will set you up for the best experience and benefit from tapping.

    For all the videos and advice available online, nothing beats the guidance and support you'll get within the space of a session. I share my personal, grounded approach to tapping that allows you to experience the benefits of tapping so much faster, and starting your journey from a solid foundation will set you up for success right away.
  • What happens after I purchase a guided tapping session?
    After your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with the login to your account. Here you can book your session, access the intake form, and download the A-B-C of tapping guide to help you make the most of your session.
  • What if I love it and want to tap more with you?
    The guided tapping sessions are sold as single sessions, but I do offer longer support of multiple sessions as well. After your session, you'll get the opportunity to purchase exclusive client session packages of 3 - 6 sessions at a special discounted price.
  • What is the refund and cancellation policy?
    You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as your session hasn’t yet been booked. Once your session is scheduled, the service is considered started, and refunds are no longer available. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your session must be booked and used within 30 days of purchase; after this time, the session will expire without refund.
